Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management Associate of Occupational Studies Degree

California School of Culinary Arts is a partner with the internationally renowned Le Cordon Bleu -- one of the leading authorities on culinary and hospitality techniques, training and development for over a century. The Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management Associate of Occupational Studies Degree is a 60-week program, including an externship. Graduates of the program also receive the coveted Le Cordon Bleu Diplôme.
